School Curriculum

Following a review of the school’s curriculum in 2024, a new curriculum was introduced, drawing on a range of schemes and programmes to ensure clear progression and to meet the specific needs of children at Bassingbourn.

Lessons follow the 4Cs lesson structure - Consolidate, Captivate, Coach and Connect. This allows us to adapt our teaching to match the learner's needs and ensure progress from the children's starting points.
