Welcome to Year 1
This term in year 1 our topics are 'Houses and Homes' (first half term) and 'Celebrations' (second half term) after. Please see the curriculum newsletter for further information on what we will be covering over the term and ideas for activities you may like to do at home.
Daily Routines
PE days are Monday and Friday. Please make sure children do not have earrings in on these days. Children should come to school in suitable clothes for PE on these days eg jogging bottoms or leggings with their school jumper and polo shirt with trainers - velcro fastening is a good idea until the children can fasten their own shoes independently.
Please ensure children bring their reading book packs into school everyday. They will also need to bring in a water bottle each day.
